The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious Associate Consultant to join our Marketing recruitment team. If you love research, get a buzz from organization, and have a knack for connecting with people, this could be the start of an exciting career. For now, you’ll focus on sourcing and supporting – but with training and mentorship, you’ll grow into managing your own clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play detective: research and identify potential candidates across marketing and digital markets.
• Source and engage candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
• Keep our candidate database looking sharp, accurate, and always up to date.
• Screen CVs and help shortlist the very best talent for our consultants.
• Coordinate interviews like a pro and keep the process running smoothly.
• Stay curious: build your knowledge of the marketing industry, talent trends, and hot skills.
• Be the glue – support the team in delivering an awesome experience to both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Humanities, or related field (bonus points if you’ve dabbled in recruitment already).
• +/- 1 year of recruitment/sourcing experience (ideally marketing/digital, but transferable skills welcome).
• A natural communicator who can build rapport with ease.
• Organized, detail-obsessed, and admin-strong.
• Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Based in Gauteng and happy to attend monthly (sometimes more) meetups in Sandton.
