We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, put in the reps, and do the work that builds a high-performing sales pipeline. You’ll be on the front lines of growth, turning cold leads into warm conversations and filling the team’s calendar with high-quality meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Research, identify, and engage potential clients across different markets and verticals.
  • Cold Calling & Appointment Setting: Deliver the company’s value proposition, generate interest, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Pipeline Building: Keep the calendar full of qualified meetings, ensuring leads are properly qualified and prepped.
  • Market Research & List Management: Maintain clean, organised lead lists and continuously explore new opportunities.
  • Meeting Strategy: Support strategies to improve show-up rates and increase conversion success.
  • Conversion Ownership: Take responsibility for converting leads into meetings, testing new approaches to improve results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and automation specialists to maximise appointments.
  • Continuous Learning: Hone your skills in objection handling, cold calling, and sales communication to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting preferred (not essential if you bring the hunger and drive).
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with a high volume of cold calls daily.
  • Organised, process-oriented, and consistent in execution.
  • Bonus points for experience in SaaS, HRTech, EdTech, or B2B software environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Tech-savvy with a data-driven approach to improving performance.
