What You’ll Do

• Work with product managers, developers, and designers to bring intuitive solutions to life.
• Identify pain points and simplify processes for financial advisors and managers.
• Optimize workflows for lead management, client engagement, approvals, and reporting.
• Conduct usability tests to refine and enhance user experiences.
• Leverage data and behavioral insights to improve designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Contribute to the design system, ensuring scalability and consistency.

What You’ll Need

• 3-5 years in a Product/UX Design role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on balancing business goals with user needs.
• Fintech experience is a bonus but not required.
