With full ownership of regional LCS (Lifecycle Service) projects, you’ll drive delivery from planning to execution – working with cross-functional teams and on-the-ground technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the full lifecycle of projects – from pre-sales planning through on-site execution and closure

• Own customer satisfaction: tackle urgent queries and keep communication flowing

• Work across internal departments: sales, finance, engineering, dispatch and more

• Coordinate onsite teams for spare parts and installation/commissioning work

• Identify new business opportunities and shape the growth of the LCS portfolio

• Collaborate closely with teams based in Europe and across MENA

• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and apply “lessons learned”

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management or similar (PMP cert = bonus!)

• 5+ years’ experience managing complex industrial/technical projects

• Experience with packaging machinery or beverage production lines is ideal

• Previous exposure to Libya and Saudi Arabia preferred

• Fluent in English and Arabic

• Confident with SAP and MS Office; PM tools like Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira etc. are a plus

• Strong communicator, excellent with people and problem-solving

• Open to travel across MENA (approx. 30%)
