🧩 What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• Agile/Scrum expertise and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bonus: CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO certifications and financial services domain knowledge
