The Role:
We are seeking a data-driven, commercially minded Senior Marketing Operations
Executive to own and optimise marketing data management, reporting, and analytics
across multiple campaigns and marketing platforms. This is a hands-on role for
someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is
motivated by turning data into actionable insights.
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will manage and integrate data
across marketing tools, analyse performance metrics, and provide insights that guide
business decisions. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple divisions,
gaining experience in both B2B and B2C events, and contributing to some of the most
exciting brands in our portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Develop sales and marketing performance reports and dashboards, delivering clear
insights to stakeholders.
Analyse trends, customer behaviour, and campaign results to provide strategic
recommendations for growth.
Drive website and digital optimisation through tools that monitor user behaviour.
Data Management
Integrate and maintain data across multiple marketing platforms for seamless
operations.
Support complex audience segmentation and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Document and streamline workflows for campaign teams to optimise processes.
Marketing Enablement & Collaboration
Support the Marketing team in adopting tools and processes through guidance and
training.
Collaborate with campaign and cross-functional teams to optimise campaign elements
using insights and A/B testing.
Align with group-wide marketing operations to share best practices and explore new
technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency with marketing data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, GA4, Power BI, Google Tag
Manager).
Strong experience in database management, audience segmentation, and reporting.
Ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business
insights.
Understanding of marketing KPIs (conversion rates, lead engagement, database growth)
and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex insights for stakeholders.
Curious, insight-driven, and proactive in identifying trends and opportunities for
improvement.
