Solution Design

• Ensure seamless interaction between multiple applications, optimizing their maintenance and future scalability.
• Provide technical leadership, guiding project management and development teams through the full system development lifecycle, from programming to deployment.
• Address non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and compliance, ensuring solutions adhere to governance and regulatory standards.

Architecture Design

• Evaluate and select the most suitable technology stack, platform, and frameworks for optimal solution performance.
• Contribute to the long-term IT architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
• Stay ahead of emerging IT trends to recommend innovations and enhancements that improve system capabilities and business efficiency.

Business Collaboration

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with operational needs and objectives.

Team Development
