Head of Career Services

Seeking a Head of Career Services for our e-learning and online coding provider.

You will be leading, executing and implementing the ATS in this role. Very technical driven and in-depth background of ATS systems and implementation thereof. Experienced in implementing scalable, high impact interventions to ensure graduates are competitive candidates. Monitoring the student cycle and getting them opportunities such as learnerships.

Strong acumen for technical tools and resources such as CRMs and ATS and other tools that can help facilitate and track job placements and the succession rates, such as Greenhouse or BullHorn, etc.

Requirements

• Degree in HR Management or other relevant qualification
• 5+ years experience involved in a placement management function
• 5+ years experience in team and project management
• 3+ years experience working in Higher Education in a Careers or Alumni Department
• Worked with large pool of candidates – 500 and more at once
• Proven track record of high placement
• Relationship management experience
• Great verbal and written communication skills
