We are recruiting urgently for an experienced BDM (preferably with a SaaS background or passion for IT solutions) to join this existing sales team in Sydney. The BDM plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organisation. Your experience will span across the full sales cycle to identify and capture new business opportunities within your dedicated territory.
Your day to day
Run a full sales cycle to generate new business opportunities.
Adopt a consultative approach to ensure clients extract maximum value from the company’s core products and value-added offerings.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
Build brand awareness to leverage customer & supplier relationships to promote the platform.
Attend and be involved in seminars, tradeshows, and events.
Your Experience
Previous BDM experience within a SaaS company working across the full sales cycle.
You are customer-centric with a proven history of building and nurturing strong customer partnerships that benefit both organizations.
Experience using The Challenge Sales Methodology is highly desirable.
Embrace a results-oriented mindset, showcasing the ability to overcome obstacles and prioritize tasks to accomplish objectives.
You have excellent time management and task-switching capabilities.
You are a self-starter and possess the ability to excel in both a team-based and autonomous environment.
