About the Role

We are urgently recruiting for experienced BDMs with strong international transport experience. These are critical roles and will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth and success of the organisation through new business acquisitions. You will proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities in the public and private sector

Your Experience

• Previous BDM experience within a freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain-related company with experience creating major bids and contracts.
• Comfortable with all types of stakeholders including C-Suites
• Strong negotiation skills and decision-making ability
• Previously spearheaded the development of solutions tailored to meet customer requirements, while orchestrating the participation of all essential stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to overcome obstacles and prioritize tasks to accomplish objectives.
• You are a self-starter, curious, and not afraid to strike up a conversation and build relationships both internally and externally.
• You are naturally driven and ambitious – not afraid to challenge the status quo!
