Business Development Representative – 12 month fixed term contract

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for business development and assist relationship building activities in your assigned territory.
  • The goal is to drive both short term and long term pipeline.
  • You will help build strategies and relationships with key partners and system integrators.
  • Deliver a “consultative” approach to selling; taking time to understand the prospect’s business, their goals, objectives, and challenges before recommending a solution
  • Consistently achieve quality pipeline & other inbound/outbound metrics
  • Research key accounts, identifying decision-makers, generating interest, and developing accounts to stimulate opportunity.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to create sales ready opportunities

What you need to succeed

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a business development role in enterprise solutions, software, or tech sales environment
  • Background in Digital Marketing/working on Digital campaigns.
  • Strong track record of building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Experience managing all areas of the BDR process including account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and objection handling
  • Consistently achieving inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required
  • Technical aptitude and solid understanding of Adobe marketing solutions

Salary – $90-95k base + Commission (paid monthly).
