Digital Account Manager

A fast-growing, full-service agency that connects some of the biggest digital brands around with consumers.

We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager to take on a 12-month contract, with your primary role being to oversee an array of digital projects, ranging from website builds and updates, OOH digital display briefs to social campaigns.

You’ll manage the development and execution of projects from start to finish, as well as coordinate between the digital production teams, account service, and tech teams.

Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day responsibilities:

· Develop and execute digital briefs, timelines, and project plans.

· Manage digital campaign budgets and invoicing.

· Build and cultivate strong relationships with the end client.

· Work under the supervision of the Account Director throughout the creative process, managing client feedback effectively.

· Coordinate projects with external suppliers and internal resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of campaigns.

· Compile creative assets for client presentations.

Your background and experience should include:

· 2-4+ years of experience within an advertising agency managing digital projects.

· Ability to communicate effectively with developers.

· Ability to manage project resources and key stakeholders.

· Experience in meeting deadlines and providing accurate time estimates.

· High attention to detail.

· Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment.

· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

· Exceptional organizational skills.

· Active listening abilities.

· Agility, flexibility, and the capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Willingness to grow within the business and embrace constructive feedback.
