Contract Length: 12 months

Day Rate: $800-900

You’ll join this large financial institution based in Melbourne’s CBD, on a 12 month initial day rate contract.

The mature design department is structured like a design agency, you’ll join a close-knit design community with regular opportunities to collaborate, including design jams, workshops and hackathons.

About the Role

This extensive project will define a strategic approach to onboarding customers, shaping programmes of work and providing the experience and design direction for a large number of individual initiatives.

This is a growth area within the organisation and presents the opportunity to work with an established design team supported by a strong leadership team.

You’ll deliver market-leading, compliant digital onboarding experiences that enable new customers to be onboarded with as little human intervention as possible.

Your Skills & Experience

· Strong interaction designer

· Highly competent with rapid concept development and prototyping

· Sketch. Invision. Figma

· Great communications skills and ability to work with executive team members

· Self-starter and reliable team member

· Happy to work at pace, delivering iteratively

· Excellent team player

· Observant and articulate

Role Responsibilities

· End-state user experience definition

· Concept development

· Journey mapping

· Experience Design for both short-term and long-term goals

· Interaction Design – flows and mapping

· Documentation of scenarios and UX flows

· Testing of concepts and flows with bankers and customers

· Stakeholder review/testing of concepts

· Presentations to programme and executive teams
