A Day in the Life:

• Take charge of the web design experience for Australia and Global Markets, ensuring a seamless blend of brand consistency and alignment.
• Team up with content and visual designers to craft impactful campaigns that not only turn heads but also generate qualified leads through savvy marketing strategies.
• Develop rock-solid relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring that business objectives are not just met but exceeded with style.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams and navigate complex timelines with ease.
• Provide advice on visual design to cross-functional marketing partners. Back it up with design rationale and insights straight from the customer’s heart.
• Apply UX principles, innovating towards customer solutions that contribute to the product’s creative strategy.

Experience Required:

• Experience in visual/digital design with a laser focus on web design.
• A Figma fanatic!
• Work seamlessly with developers/engineers and marketing teams to bring design magic to email, social, display, and print.
• A true expert in visual design principles and methods, especially how they operate across marketing communications.
• Embrace a curious and creative mindset, committed to gaining customer feedback and staying on the pulse of design trends.
• Data-driven with the ability to not only gather insights but also present ideas that make heads turn.
