Website and Content Coordinator

Salt has partnered with one of the leading tourism brands in Australia. Our client is one of the most reputable luxury cruise and tours companies in the country and are looking expand their amazing team.

The Role is a Digital Producer for website and will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of the user experience, SEO, website production, always on performance and growth of websites for Australia & New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities for the Role

* Digital website production and publishing support for the ANZ websites

* Champion CMS publishing best practice (Sitecore CMS preferred) and adoption including training and upskilling new team members

* Perform regular audits on the ANZ websites, working with the global digital team to align to global website content where relevant

* Liaising with digital agency partners and company global team on the development and implementation of changes to the websites and digital marketing programs

* Track, measure, monitor and communicate the key performance metrics (KPI’s) of the brand websites and digital programs

* Support the implementation of high impact digital marketing engagement strategies for campaigns, based on data driven insights

* Monitor, review and optimise website for SEO and paid search, working closely with the global digital team and digital agency

* Support technical support for OTA partners, consortia and aggregators, around API feed queries and work with IT to resolve (where needed)

* Implementation of Scenic Group digital and loyalty initiatives including co-ordination of updates to key website pages and digital programs

* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the operational outcomes are achieved and aligned to the S&M objectives

* Foster innovation by working with key stakeholders to ideate and develop new digital initiatives business growth objectives

Key Skills Required Essential/Preferred:

* Minimum of 2 years website content management and digital production in a high performing consumer led organization

* Sitecore CMS experience preferred

* Demonstrated experience working with online 3rd party partners

* Demonstrated understanding of integrations within a web environment

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

* High attention to detail and strong solutions focus

* Ability to undertake multiple tasks, high workflow and projects

* Ability to work to deadlines and manage issues

* Ability to produce accurate and insightful sales reports

* Proficient time management skills and organizational abilities

* Highly self-motivated, ethical and professional
