Senior Finance Business Partner – SAAS

The Opportunity

• Influence strategic decision-making across Sales, Marketing and broader business operations
• Partner with a globally recognised brand undergoing rapid growth and transformation

• Work closely with senior leaders across Australia and Emerging Markets

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting for Australia and Emerging Markets
• Build and refine financial models including pricing, lifetime value, and partner deal structures
• Deliver clear and impactful financial presentations to executive stakeholders
• Partnered with Sales and GTM teams (ideally in tech/SaaS)
• Experienced in headcount planning and cross-functional budgeting

Your Background:

• Proven experience in a SAAS or tech-driven finance environment
• Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis capabilities
• Deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with a focus on:
• End-to-end ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Full P&L responsibility and performance tracking
• Skilled in partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Proficiency in Hyperion and exposure to large, global finance functions
• Background in software, technology, banking, or public accounting preferred
• Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments with evolving priorities
• Saas Subscription revenue recognition and reporting
• Commission structures and sales compensation modelling
