Executive Assistant – Global Tech Brand | $120K + Super | Sydney

Salt is proud to partner with one of the world’s most iconic and innovative digital platforms, to recruit an experienced and driven Executive Assistant (EA)/ Office Manager for a newly created role based in Sydney.

This exciting position has been established due to significant growth across the APAC region. You will act as a strategic business partner to the CEO (ANZ) and broader senior leadership team, providing high-level executive support in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries and schedules, coordinating meetings with global stakeholders including investors, government officials, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare agendas, take action notes during meetings, and drive follow-ups.
  • Being part to strategic board meetings and other strategic meetings
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external reviews (including quarterly business reviews).
  • Organise international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
  • Coordinate team and external events across the APAC region.
  • Proactively identify and solve scheduling or coordination challenges.
  • Organising Events & meetings across internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide additional support across projects and other ad hoc duties as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in an EA role, supporting C-suite or Director-level executives.
  • Proven success working with cross-regional teams and international stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a high degree of initiative.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Docs, Keynote, Excel and familiarity with social collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Calm under pressure, with exceptional planning and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Someone that enjoys working 5 days in the office
