Program Analyst (Junior Bid Manager)

This is a unique and interesting role for a “Junior Bid Manager” to support the Head of Bid Team APAC strategy. The role is to lead the charge in coordinating and delivering compelling, compliant, and high-impact proposals that stand out in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the bid management process from qualification through submission
• Manage multi-regional RFx responses, collaborating with sales, legal, operations, and subject matter experts
• Chair and coordinate Go/No-Go reviews, strategy sessions, and final approvals
• Drive creation of high-quality bid documents and presentations that communicate win themes and value propositions
• Ensure all internal and external inputs are captured, accurate, and aligned with client requirements
• Track and report on bid performance to help improve future submissions

Experience Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience in bid management or proposal coordination
• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• Hands-on experience with bid/proposal software, bonus if you have used Responsive or Loopio
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
