Organisation Capability Specialist – P&C organisational design & framework development & implementation projects

A leading government department is looking for an experienced HRBP for large project for Organisational Capability Framework Design and implementation to develop capability frameworks including design & alignment of existing organisation capabilities into a whole of enterprise view. The role designs, builds, tests, and implements the organisation capability framework (including functional/technical capabilities) in coordination with the learning and development centre of excellence and in consultation with stakeholders. This department is a wonderful place to work, however they are continually improving the organisation. This role is a brand-new specialist role to do this and add value to the organisation and its people!

Headquarters is in Parramatta however offering great flexibility including working from home!

Some of the key responsibilities: –

• Lead & Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand objectives.
• Deliver end-to-end enterprise-wide framework competencies.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to enable project deliverables to be met.
• Develop tools and guides for practical application.
• Integrate policy in areas of recruitment, onboarding, performance and learning.
• Design templates or blueprint for role profiles
• Manage risks, issues, actions, and decisions related to capability frameworks.
• Facilitate specific training to individuals & small groups.
• Undertake research and formulate recommendations to support evidence-based project planning and decision making.
• Prepare correspondence, written reports that are informative and aligned with organisational requirements, to respond to departmental and/or Government requests.

This is a hybrid opportunity (extensive working from home arrangement is on offer and flexibility on hours worked.) Offering 12-month contract – $720 + super per day. (negotiable)
