Payroll Analyst Specialist

Salt is partnering with a leading Facilities Management company with Headquarters Homebush Sydney to search for Payroll Analyst / Audit Contractor. Reporting to the National Payroll Transformation Manager (Australia), you will be part of a transformation project.

We are looking for someone that enjoys working with complex payroll data, which can perform payroll audits, research EBAs and ensure correct payments were made, and provide reports of findings.

As the Payroll Analyst Specialist, you will be supporting the streamlining and implementation & ongoing maintenance of all systems and processes across all locations in Australia. Keeping management informed by preparing, reviewing, and analysing.

Before transforming to a new IChris payroll system, there is a backlog of payroll auditing that has been identified.

The main duties will be: –

• Audits the data and correcting data for correct payments.
• Interpreting EBAs and ensure accurate data integrity.
• Identify variances and provide reports to management.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports for end-to-end payroll.
• Identify and implement ongoing process/system improvements.

What we are looking for:

• Must be a payroll analyst who enjoys fixing data with EBA interpretation experience.
• Qualification in Finance/ Accountant is desired or equivalent experience as mentioned.
• Great Excel experience and have worked with multiple payroll systems.

This is an urgent 3-6-month contract however may lead to someone long-term. Great daily rate
