This role will sit within their Australia team joining due to growth. This role is designed for a Sales enablement specialist/ Sales Trainer who enjoys coming up with business improvement practices, for the greater good of your business.
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, your primary responsibility is to support sales teams by creating effective training programs, optimising sales processes, and providing sales tools to help them become more efficient in achieving their objectives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a wide range of initiatives aimed at improving sales performance and enhancing the overall customer buying experience. Your specific duties will include:
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the sales process, “challenger methodology”, strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with modern sales enablement tools and techniques is also preferred.
Even though this is a 12-month contract (Hybrid), you will have the opportunity of extension and/ or may transfer to FTE. Offering a daily rate equivalent to $140K-$170 + super.
