Senior Market Manager APAC (Luxe)

Salt Search is currently partnering with an award-winning Digital company that provide 5-star & Luxe marketplace experiences in the travel and hospitality sector. A rare opportunity exists for a Sr Market Manager through growth within this Luxe marketplace in APAC!

As a Senior Market Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building the business of Luxe host accounts and supply acquisition in your assigned regions in ANZ and APAC. This is a specialist role i that requires someone that 7+ years of relevant work experience with sales and account management background as well as an understanding of strategic partnerships and/or marketing and operational experience.

In summary your responsibilities include the following but not limited to: –

• Source and build best-in-class partnerships with the luxury hosts and top-connected individuals in APAC for access to the most elite, exclusive, luxury homes in the region.
• Build and manage partner relationships within assigned territory
• Drive actions that propel business objectives and Luxe host success
• Market analysis and trends

What Will You Bring to Succeed?

• Experience working in luxury travel or real estate (online marketplaces), in a capacity where you had to work cross functionally and across diverse teams to influence change
• Strong knowledge of luxury homes and hospitality landscape
• Strong executive presence and the ability to effectively influence top leaders internally and externally within the industry
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding defined goals
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills, in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-changing startup environment
• Strong written and verbal communicator
