Senior Payroll Business Consultant / Business Analyst

  • Initial 6-month Contract
  • Offering – $800 + super + ASAP start!
  • Workday Payroll Implementation (design to go-live support)

Our client who is a leading global financial institution (30,000 + people) is about to enhance Global P&C services through cutting-edge HCM & Payroll technology! They have an immediate need for an experienced Payroll Expert/ Business Analyst Consultant for at least 6 months.

**We are looking for a Payroll Expert first and foremost who has Business Analyst skillset.**

About the Role:

As a skilled Payroll Project Manager & Business Analyst, you’ll drive this critical implementation of ADP GlobalView, integrating it with Workday (seamlessly).

You will be working across a larger team across the business including Senior Management, Product Owner, and Functional Consultants to ensure all deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.

Some of the role responsibilities include:-

  • Supporting stakeholders to gather crucial information & enabling new processes
  • Delivering configuration blueprints, templates and other documents including processing of the model using the clients modelling tools.
  • Provide hands-on support to the P&C team in developing processes during implementation
  • Be part of the project management team to ensure timelines and quality of outcomes are met.
  • Identify risks and controls
  • Manage and support and influence complex stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Prepare briefings, reports & detail documents to support new processes and procedures
  • Facilitate change management activities to enable successful reformed process

What Will You Bring to Succeed?

  • Worked in Payroll to mitigate the risks through process understanding
  • Business Analyst Consultant with PM skills (Agile) where you have been involved from design to go live with the implementation
  • Expertise with workday implementation across large scale business
  • Proficient in requirement gathering, structuring, documentation & management
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Including data mapping and advanced excel skills
  • Experience with working with vendor partners
  • Great attention to detail, coupled with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Able to work at a fast pace & adapt beyond the scope of work to have successful outcomes.
