Role Overview:

As a Sales & Operations Strategy Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic and data-driven decision-making processes. You will leverage a variety of analytical and reporting techniques to conduct in-depth analyses on commercial and operational performance and business trends. Your insights will help shape strategic viewpoints and evolving narratives for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on commercial and operational performance.
• Support the creation of strategic viewpoints and assist senior leadership in decision-making.
• Collaborate with international strategy teams to integrate internal best practices and external market research.
• Utilize your expertise to provide actionable insights and drive tangible results.
• Work directly with our leadership team to influence and execute our business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a consulting role.
• Expertise in the financial or digital sectors is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; you should be personable and passionate about your work.
• Ability to translate theory into tangible business outcomes with an operational bias.
• Experience in developing business cases or financial modeling in Excel.
• Proficiency with analytic tools and languages, such as SQL and Tableau.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in digital transformation is highly value
