Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Consultant

This position is hybrid, with office in city location so near transport (they are flexible for experienced candidate to work 1 day in the office a week). Our client is a one of the leading Universities that we look after.

This is a contract role up until December 2024, you will be working in an awesome culture and team.

Reporting to an awesome and experienced Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be working across many different job profiles.

Some of the responsibilities in this role include the following: –

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Deliver end to end recruitment services from identifying a need through to offer and onboarding.
  • Consult with the client to understand the technical requirements of the role etc
  • Collaborate with the broader HR function to deliver a seamless HR service, through to on-boarding.
  • Candidate Management – Provide high standard of candidate care by proactively keeping candidates informed of status and responding to enquiries in a timely manner, thereby effectively managing candidate expectations.
  • Actively engage with candidates to build talent pools of assessed and quality candidates.
  • Provide administrative support services to clients and team.
  • Accountable for the management and delivery of administration services across the assigned recruitment portfolio.
  • Attend training as required and be proactive in suggestions of improvements or training for the team
  • Draft role advertisements when required.
  • Arrange international travel for candidates when required.
  • Setup logistics of online interviews for candidates when required.
  • Ensure completion of all the required recruitment documentation and administration. * Accountable for the achievement of individual recruitment KPI’s.
  • Work with colleagues to streamline business practices and identify opportunities for improvement.

About you

We are open to applicants that have got at least 3 years in a similar role & degree qualified. This is a fast-paced role in a very busy TA team. You will be results orientated and demonstrate high attention to detail, have a positive and upbeat personality. The ATS is Workday, so any experience in this system would be an advantage. You must be available to start within a week. Interviewing ASAP!
