As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a small number of clients. You will also act as the internal project lead, which will see you working with other team members from different departments (such as SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Conversion Optimisation and Creative) in the planning and execution of the digital marketing strategy.
Exceptional communication and strong project management skills are therefore a must, as you will need to manage and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders while coordinating and communicating the activity on an ongoing basis. Delivering above and beyond service while working towards and achieving agreed performance outcomes will ensure success in this role.
