Our client is a global brand that was established with a greater purpose and mission in mind. They believe in supporting frontline workers and have successfully established a benefits and rewards program for them through their partners (online and retailers).

With a strong foundation overseas and an ambitious growth trajectory in Australia, they’re seeking a dynamic Brand and Communications Lead to spearhead their brand awareness and engagement strategy locally.

Your Role

As the Brand and Communications Lead, you’ll drive brand awareness, market engagement, and strategic communication efforts. You will:

  • Develop and implement a brand strategy tailored to the Australian market.
  • Oversee creative direction and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with our mission.
  • Manage internal and external communications, PR, and social media initiatives.
  • Work with a dedicated creative team member and lead agency partners to deliver innovative brand campaigns.
  • Drive grassroots and digital marketing efforts, including OOH (out-of-home) advertising.
  • Measure, analyse, and refine brand performance using insights and data.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of brand and communications experience, ideally launching or expanding a brand in a new market.
  • Experience working in early-stage businesses or high-growth environments – essentially, shaping a brand from the ground up.
  • A proven track record in brand management, creative leadership, and campaign execution.
  • A strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
