With an above-market high staff retention rate, you will join the team on a 14-month fixed-term contract, with a strong likelihood of converting to FTE and leading a passionate and data-driven team to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Performance: Execute paid search strategies across Google, Bing, and Apple Search. Optimise bid management, drive a “test and learn” culture and manage high-impact campaigns to meet spending and acquisition targets.
  • Develop and update the App strategy (Paid App & ASO) and internal workflows to grow organic visibility & increase downloads on both Apple and Google Play app stores.
  • Measurement & Insights: Develop SEM budgets aligned with acquisition goals and analyze data to uncover actionable insights and present them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Create experimentation road maps to test new features and strategies and leverage external partnerships to capitalise on platform opportunities.
  • Leadership: Foster a high-performing team and drive growth and collaborate to integrate Search into broader business strategies.

What Experience Will You Bring?

  • Essential: 3+ years of SEM experience with a proven record of achieving performance targets
  • 1-2+ years in leadership roles, managing and developing successful teams.
  • Advantageous: Understanding of SEO, App Store strategies, ASO (App-Store Optimisation) tools and an MMP (Mobile Measurement Platform).
  • Familiarity with reporting tools for optimising, tracking and reporting.

  • Storytelling: You can sell a story to stakeholders by communicating the value of your efforts/findings in simplified terms to draw buy-in.
