Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of Australia’s leading entertainment organisations.

You will be responsible for analysing and assessing customer journeys to subscription and attrition utilising a variety of data sources and executing experiments to improve conversion rates.

In this role the successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of the subscriptions business and user behaviours in addition to the competitive landscape.

CRO Manager Responsibilities;

Design and execute landing page and marketing funnel A/B tests to improve conversion rates within Optimizely
Analyse and report on customer journeys across multiple channels and touchpoints
Measure and report performance of cross-channel marketing campaigns against benchmarks
Competent in link analysis, experience in scoping, developing and executing link acquisition programmes
Capability of managing multiple SEO projects
Understanding of search engine trends, algorithms and ranking factors
Understanding of related search components – PPC, email, display, mobile and social media
Work across digital teams

CRO Manager Requirements;

Degree in either Marketing, Science, Mathematics, Statistics etc
Excellent understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) best practices and methodologies
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing using conversion optimisation tools (VWO, Optimizely, Google Experiments)

Willingness to experiment
