Digital Marketing Manager – Restaurants

My client is one of Australia’s most established retailers who are looking for a data driven digital marketing manager to further grow their online presence and loyalty programs.

This is a brand-new position to focus of customer acquisition and retention, building the customer base.

Broad responsibilities will include digital marketing initiatives such as social media, blogs, search campaigns (SEO, PPC, SEM), eDMs and CRM.

Digital Marketing Manager responsibilities include:

  • Use existing data to push their consumer loyalty program
  • Manage paid advertising across Search, Social, Display and other lead gen channels
  • Design and creation of sales and marketing material
  • Email marketing activity for acquisition and retention
  • Social Media – improvement of Facebook and Instagram
  • Website analytics

Digital Marketing Manager requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification (Marketing preferred not essential)
  • Extensive digital marketing experience (working for an omni channel retailer is preferred)
  • Retail/hospitality experience
  • Working knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook
  • Experience in Marketing automation
  • Email systems such as Mailchimp etc
