Part-Time Marketing Manager

Sydney | 3 Days/Week In-Office (Rosebery)

Our client is one of Australia’s largest and most trusted transportation and storage companies, that are experiencing national growth year on year. Their employees are at the heart of their success and therefore, you would be joining an enthusiastic and fun smaller team culture.

They are welcoming a passionate marketing manager on a part-time basis, 3 days a week, to help implement acquisition-focused campaigns to drive demand gen and also continue building their overall brand presence (with marketing agency support).

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for a senior marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business. You’ll be responsible for setting and executing the brand strategy, managing external partners and suppliers, supporting franchisees, and delivering campaigns that connect with customers across Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute the overall brand strategy across digital and offline channels (in collaboration with management)
  • Oversee and manage all marketing suppliers, ensuring high-quality, on-brand output
  • Report on key performance metrics, providing clear data insights to guide decisions
  • Lead monthly meetings and maintain ongoing communication with franchisees
  • Manage any offline marketing initiatives, including print, events, and local area marketing
  • Plan and deliver sales campaigns in close collaboration with the sales team
  • Work closely with senior management to align marketing with business goals
  • Maintain brand consistency and voice across all touchpoints

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role
  • HubSpot trained and experienced-this is a must
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
