Digital Marketing Manager

Salt is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to work for a global medical equipment company that provides relief to millions of customers around the globe.

What will you be doing?

• Developing strategies that leverage digital media, technology, platforms, and other innovative solutions to meet and exceed targets and deliver on key business objectives.
• Driving customer loyalty and ensuring excellent experiences throughout the customer journey
• Close collaboration both with members of the marketing team and external teams such as IT, sales and operations will be key to delivering an integrated Omni channel approach which delights consumers while meeting aggressive growth targets.
• Manage the content, SEO and SEM strategy & partner closely with the wider marketing team and agency partners to deliver dynamic and integrated consumer campaigns

Who are you?

• Strong people manager with a demonstrated track record of building, leading, coaching, developing, and retaining effective teams
• Ability to understand the breadth of the business and correlate to deliver a digital strategy to drive traffic and make the brand more visible
• Ability to direct the team and empower them to execute business requirements & deliver digital strategy, strong collaboration
• Effective communicator and can translate business requirements/technical requirements to functional solutions

What is your background?

• Experience at a senior-level digital marketing position in developing campaigns, yet comfortable with hands-on execution
• Technical understanding – strong grasp of marketing tools and strategies; digital marketing, EDM proficiency in performance marketing, marketing automation, lead initiatives in this space
• Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing
• Experience working with digital agencies, IT and e-commerce vendors and global marketing teams
