About the Role

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a high-impact marketing strategy that drives client acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion. This newly created position presents a unique opportunity to make a material difference in the company’s success by developing data-driven campaigns that demonstrate clear ROI.

You will oversee demand generation, brand strategy, and go-to-market (GTM) execution, working cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and finance to drive results. With ambitious growth targets you will be responsible for designing and optimizing scalable marketing initiatives that fuel sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Demand Generation

  • Lead the development and execution of cross-functional growth marketing strategies to drive revenue and business expansion.
  • Oversee the creation of performance marketing campaigns for new client acquisition and client expansion, leveraging ABM, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, content, and social media marketing.
  • Drive alignment between marketing and sales teams, increasing collaboration across regions and business functions.
  • Optimize lead generation and conversion strategies to maximize funnel efficiency and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Conduct market research and leverage external networks to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure market fit and client-centric product offerings.
  • Lead product positioning, launch strategies, and market entry planning, aligning with sales, product, and commercial teams.
  • Define and manage the product lifecycle marketing roadmap to ensure successful market penetration.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in growth marketing with substantial B2B experience. You bring a mix of strategic vision and hands-on executional experience with a deep understanding of how to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record in growth marketing, demand generation, and lead acquisition.
  • Expertise in lead generation, sales alignment, and demand creation strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
