Growth Marketing Specialist

Salt is looking for a Growth Marketer to work for a leading Edtech online platform that is used globally by government bodies & schools and is now ready to scale in a B2C capacity.

• With their product being utilised by millions of students, teachers and parents in 100+ countries, they are helping educate the youth and bring equality to education.
• As the leader of this newly created position, you will take ownership of creating localised initiatives in your way to make a difference.

What will you be doing?

• Conceptualise and deliver innovative campaigns across all mediums, working alongside the global marketing team.
• Continue your obsession with branding and stay across new trends and marketing innovation – particularly in digital ads, emails and mobile marketing.
• Lead B2C acquisition initiative with your creative campaign ideas and use campaign and A/B test insights to optimise them.
• Execute our online and offline B2B marketing activities to support the sales team

Who are you?

• Experience in brand marketing as you will be working on the face of the company as well as a digital marketing background to work with agencies on performance execution
• Experience in tech or product-driven companies, including working in a brand or design studio in high-growth environments driving end-to-end campaign management
• A storyteller at heart, you can articulate ideas and write creative concepts that link users’ needs and experiences with design and business objectives
• Highly self-motivated, attention to detail, business out focused, collaborative and comfortable in building new competencies
