Internal Communications Assistant

Salt have partnered with a higher education provider to source an Internal Communications Administrator for a contract vacancy until February 2024.

We are seeking a motivated marketer who has exposure to content creation, copywriting, and supporting senior marketing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Updates internal communications channels, including drafting, editing and reviewing high-quality audience-driven messaging and content for stakeholder approval. Contributes content to and distributes regular electronic newsletters for staff and students
• Supports the analysis and reporting of data to assess effectiveness of content and recommend changes and updates.
• Provides operational support to the internal and student communications teams to maintain editorial calendars, publishing schedules, other.
• Develops effective and supportive relationships with marketing communication colleagues and student-facing groups in the University, and maintains a customer-focussed approach in the delivery of services
• Assists in the communication of e-newsletter, web, intranet, social media and other communications standards and guidelines
• Responds to and seeks to resolve queries from stakeholders in regard to relevant communications channels.

This is a:

• Fixed term contract until February 2024
• With flexible work-from-home days. Most people head into their city-based office a couple times a week.
• $300-350 + super per day
