This is an exciting opportunity for a lifecycle/customer marketing manager as you will be executing international marketing campaigns to nurture and retain their portfolio of growing customers.

  • 12-month contract with the view to extend or convert to FTE, offering paid public holidays and wellness days off throughout the year and 2 days per week in office.

What You Will Achieve

You will develop and execute content and campaigns that resonate with their customers in diverse markets. Your role will involve:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across functions to drive business results and enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Utilizing data and customer research to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
  • Developing innovative initiatives through deep customer empathy and rapid experimentation.
  • Crafting highly relevant messaging and experiences across the customer lifecycle to drive engagement and retention.
  • Localizing messaging across multiple markets and languages.
  • Leveraging cross-channel tactics and marketing automation to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive experimentation and deliver exceptional experiences.

What You’ll Need For Success

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant marketing qualification
  • 3-5 years of experience executing marketing campaigns (ideally, customer/lifecycle marketing experience).
  • It is welcomed if you have marketing experience outside of Australia, US, UK & Canada but not essential, as you will be executing campaigns outside of this region.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging that addresses customer pain points.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation frameworks and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
