What will you be doing?
Plan & execute optimization and personalization digital campaigns
Define goals, ROI, tracking metrics, sample size, and campaign duration in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders from across the organization
Proactively communicate requirements of the test, the status of projects and manage deliverable/launch expectations
Who are you?
Ability to collaborate under pressure on time-critical initiatives, juggling multiple initiatives and shifting priorities as needed
A great communicator who is collaborative, process-driven, and outcome-focused
Excellent written and oral communication skills; fluency in English required.
What is your background?
Content CMS updates/reporting/analysis experience
Somewhat experience in web Optimisation and A/B testing. (definitely not essential)
A minimum of 1 year working in a professional environment, preferably in digital.
This role is for a candidate based in Sydney, Australia who can go into the CBD office 2x days a week.
