Salt has partnered with one of the largest FMCG retailers in Australia. They are looking for a Paid Social Specialist, passionate about the meta space to deploy campaigns for one of Australia’s leading grocery stores.

What will you be doing?
Develop and execute all social paid media campaigns
Ensure campaigns are delivered as briefed, on time and adhere to brand guidelines, industry/channel best practices and compliance requirements
Closely monitor and analyse performance and recommend optimisation strategies to increase campaign performance
Who are you?
Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and a high level of accountability
Strong communication skills, strategic ability, and creative thinking
Above-average attention to detail and problem-solving skills
You have a passion for all things social and paid media
What will you bring?
2-3 years of experience in Meta/Facebook advertising
Hands-on experience and a strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube
Community management/engagement experience
