Our client is a global fintech that has been disrupting the market for years with their innovative BNPL solution to create purchases between retail consumers and businesses. They create seamless transactions for over 16 million (and growing) customers across the world.

As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, you will be crucial for driving new customer acquisition through high-impact performance marketing campaigns on an initial 12-month maximum term contract.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the charge on customer acquisition through performance marketing, from strategy and planning to execution and optimization.
  • Run the numbers-manage campaign reporting to ensure data is driving smart decision-making.
  • Innovate constantly by leading A/B tests, conversion lift studies, and experimenting with new channels.
  • Partner with the best in the industry-work closely with external platforms and partners to ensure we’re leveraging cutting-edge tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams, internal media teams, and agencies to align media strategies and ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Drive results by managing and optimizing budgets across multiple channels to meet performance targets.

What You’ll Bring:

They are open to candidates who do not tick all of the below boxes, but it is ideal if you have:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in performance marketing (agency, publisher, or client-side), with proven success in managing large budgets efficiently.
  • Deep expertise in Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google App Campaigns.
  • A data-driven mindset, able to identify performance drivers and make strategic decisions rooted in analytics.
  • Creative chops-experience in developing and refining creative assets that drive performance.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of mobile app measurement and experience with tools like SKANetwork and mobile measurement partners.
