Salt are partnering with a well know FinTech to source them a Senior Brand Marketing Manager on an initial 12 month contract. You will lead a team of two highly capable manager and own the brands always on integrated campaign which includes significant ATL presence.
Role Responsibilities
· Lead the development and execution of large scale brand campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
· Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform customer value proposition, brand positioning, and identify growth opportunities.
· Oversee brand guidelines ensuring consistent application across all touch points, including digital platforms, social media, advertising, and partnerships.
· Develop partnership strategies and foster relationships with external partners.
· Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience:
· You are a B2C marketing all rounder who has a breadth of knowledge across disciplines, but a focus on brand, ATL, and comms.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience leading large scale integrated marketing campaigns (strategy, media, creative, analysis).
· Experience in building corporate social responsibility strategies that align with objectives.
This is an initial 12 month opportunity paying up to $90 per hour depending on skills and experience.
