Our client, who is a LeadingAudio Visual & Digital Integration solutions company in Australia is growing and is looking for experienced National Service Delivery Manager. You must have industry specific experience &/or knowledge of Audio Visual & Digital Integration Solutions.
Reporting to the General Manager, the primary purpose is to lead and manage experienced technicians & contractors to provide exceptional service that ultimate exceed the customer expectations and increase contract renewals.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead the service department by managing a team of staff who are experienced AV field technicians, support staff, contractors, management, customers and other stakeholders.
Aim to exceed the SLAs put in place by monitoring and reporting in proactive manner.
Develop exceptional customer relationships internally and externally.
Be responsive, accountable and always provide a positive
Mitigate risks by always with adhering to WHS practices.
Provide customer training, help create service manuals and monthly reporting.
Maintaining prompt service job response
Attend clients’ sights sometimes to ensure work is completed & service is provided.
Improving the customer experience by identifying solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
Consulting with the national group on national projects, new opportunities, and system design
Preparing and presenting monthly management reports
The Successful Applicant Should Have:
AV service department management experience
Proven Help Desk supervision experience
Be able to lead a team effectively to provide a positive culture.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong strategic planning, project management and financial analysis skills
Networking skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships at different levels both internally and externally to the organisation.
Strong team management skills
Current Australian driver’s license
Pass a police check & medical.
