ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Financial Services, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager/Director to take lead on a multimillion-dollar account & net grow the account year on year.
The successful candidate will be driven to succeed, be able to think outside the box, and not scared to jump in and get their hands dirty.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Relationship Management across a Tier 1 enterprise, being a point of contact, a developer of outcomes, and pro-actively engage in dialogue with the customer
Drive year on year growth within the dedicated account
Work closely with relevant leaders to build customized solution pitches for the target account
Account planning and governance – responsible for all Client Management processes
Business Development – identifying business opportunities, selling concepts to the client and influencing the client to give additional business based on demonstrated capability
Support pre-sales proposals for new business development
Drive the sales process from plan to close
Collaborate with key stakeholders to assure commitments & processes are running effectively
YOU WILL HAVE
Strategic sales and account management experience preferably within BFSI
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
Hands-on experience with creating & leading proposal presentations
Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
High-level negotiation skills & a strong business acumen
Ability to think outside the box & not be afraid to contribute unique ideas
Strong ability to present & build relationships with all levels of the organization, including C-level & executives
