They’re continuing to scale across Australia and are now looking for an Account Manager to join the Key Account team in Sydney. You will be responsible for implementing solutions to solve customers’ problems and create world-class solution experiences.
Responsibilities:
- You will approach customers’ delivery requirements whilst being a champion of customer trust, understanding the customer’s business problems and solving the technical solution challenges they face.
- Collaborate closely with internal team members and partners to drive customer experience and engagement.
- Enable customers on the platform and deliver customer on-boarding success- setting & managing expectations & timelines for each stage of the solution and its implementation.
- Work with multiple customers and manage priorities within a high volume and fast-paced environment.
- Use creative problem solving and process thinking to solve customer workflow needs, removing barriers & helping customers manage their business
- Develop strong proficiency and knowledge of the product suite and solutions, with the ability to communicate feedback on behalf of the customers for recommendations to address customer needs
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated solution experience or background in a business analyst or consulting role – ideally within the accounting software industry.
- A genuine curiosity & empathy for customer needs, having an analytic skill-set to discover customer problems and solution requirements
- A commitment to understand and execute business strategies, proven by contributing to team and company goals, & a drive to achieve team and individual KPIs
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and effective active listening skills
- Confidence leading customers through the steps and create strong rapport
- Demonstrated experience or qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple client/priorities within a fast-paced environment
