Ad Tech Engineer

The AdTech Engineer/Manager will work alongside a small team of Adtech specialists who are responsible for recommending and ensuring best in class, ad tech and ad tech practices are implemented properly across all my clients commercial platforms and digital assets.

Operationally, this role will work closely with Ad Operations, Sales and Product, and Strategically, this role will support, enhance, and future-proof the advertising technology platforms. You will assist the Adtech team look after a wide variety of things, like Figuring out/ troubleshooting issues, making their server-side delivery more efficient, identify optimisation opportunities that can improve their advertising delivery process, reduce latency, increase monetisation, improve Ad metrics like viewability, brand safety etc. In addition, you will make sure they are getting maximum revenue from their programmatic channels and enhancing all their ad products around video.

Who you’ll be

• 2+ years of Adtech and Operations Management experience

• Knowledge of video ad serving on client and server-side ad insertion

• Experienced in digital media monetization, particularly with video.
• Experience collaborating with front-end developers, project managers and technology teams
• Detailed understanding of ad serving, analytics and optimization technologies
• Be a strategic and commercial focused thinker who can bring insights to both digital sales and operations, along with deep product knowledge of Ad servers, SSPs, RTB and publisher products.
• Experience in a digital media agency, client or publisher environment
• Experience in senior-level internal/external stakeholder relationships
