Enterprise Delivery Manager (Bilingual Mandarin /English)

Our client is a leading brand and global fintech that has been disrupting the market for years with its innovative solutions, enabling purchases between commercial businesses. They create seamless transactions for over 16 million (and growing) customers worldwide.

Their award-winning programs support China based merchants and companies with their strategies and simplify their processes. You will be responsible for implementing solutions to solve customers’ problems and create world-class solution experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • You will approach customers’ delivery requirements whilst being a champion of customer trust, understanding the customer’s business problems and solving the technical challenges they face.
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members and partners to drive customer experience and engagement.
  • Enable customers on the platform and deliver customer onboarding success- setting & managing expectations & timelines for each stage of the solution and its implementation.
  • Work with multiple customers and manage priorities within a high volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Use creative problem solving and process thinking to solve customer workflow needs, removing barriers & helping customers manage their business
  • Develop strong proficiency and knowledge of the product suite and solutions with the ability to communicate feedback on behalf of the customers for recommendations to address customer needs

Skills:

· Must be Bilingual English/Mandarin (verbal and written)

· Excellent Communications skills

· Completed a Degree

· 5 years plus working in a B2B multi-customer facing environment is essential

Demonstrable track record of successful project management and operational management (support items, troubleshooting, service delivery).

· Experience in problem-solving and issue resolution including information collection, directing and leading troubleshooting, decision-making and stakeholder communication.

Exposure to ecommerce, POS, ERP, CMS or reporting.
