Our client offers a subscription-based software platform that helps c-suite level executives around the world make better business decisions.

Building off the back of their most successful year last year they are looking to strengthen their top performing sales team.

With a number of their BDM’s sitting in the top 6 out of 150 BDMs globally, you’ll have the opportunity of working alongside and learning the best.

This role is 50% converting inbound leads and 50% self-generated business with a database of over 2,000 prospects to tap into. Along with a healthy database to get you started you will also receive support from an SDR that will be providing you with leads and booking your meetings.

From day 1 this person will receive extensive product training conducted in a one on one environment as well as receiving guidance and coaching from an experienced sales team.

We’re looking for an experienced B2B sales professional who has sold solutions into the corporate sector, ideally to c-suite clientele.

The Role

  • Proactively develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting calls, Linkedin outreach, emails and networking activities
  • Deliver online and/or in-person demos and sales presentations
  • Manage a sales pipeline moving each prospect through each stage of the sales cycle (Typically 6 months) whilst adding new prospects to target
  • Develop and build direct relationships with c-suite level executives to best understand their objectives to tailor the company’s services

Experience and attributes

We’re looking for a polished and professional Business Development Manager.

  • 2 years+ of B2B sales experience (ideally within a financial services organisation)
  • Ability to give product presentations across all levels of an organisation including C-suite
  • Ability to engage with clients across a variety of industries
  • Basic understanding of selling principles and ability to execute a consultative sales approach
  • Knowledge of the “SPIN selling” is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
