Salt has partnered with a rapidly growing tech start-up who sit in between tech and media. Their unique industry focus sets them apart from every business in the tech and start-up world, presenting a massive space for opportunity. They are looking to leverage off their existing success overseas and are urgently hiring dedicated Inside Sales Managers.

You will be successful in this role by utilising your relationship building skills. You must have a high level of organisation and strategic thinking capabilities, with an aptitude to learn. Inbound (or Outbound) sales experience is a must, and communication skills are key! This is a unique opportunity that grants you the ability to leverage off a cutting-edge technology platform and be part of something big- from the beginning.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your research and planning skills and have meaningful conversations.
  • You will identify and qualify potential leads, set appointments or schedule in talk time.
  • You will target a predefined list of clients, including key decision makers, and execute a structured contact and messaging strategy – all recorded on a CRM with data enrichment in mind!
  • communicate and connect well with people, you love learning and have a drive to see things through.
  • You love all things tech because you will be enabled with the best tools, products, and systems right at your fingertips.
  • Qualify leads and assigned accounts
  • Meet and exceed KPI’s daily, weekly and monthly around retention and conversions
  • Represent the brand and ensure a positive customer experience
  • You will Identify up-sell and cross sell opportunities and work with other teams internally to create additional value for your clients

Experience:

  • 3-4 years experience in Media/Tech/Software/ Subscription based sales
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast paced working environment
  • Experience working with online marketplaces or SaaS platforms
  • Clear communicator with strong relationship building skills
  • KPI driven and ready for a challenge
  • Must be organised, attentive, hard working and can work under pressure.
