Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from generating new business opportunities to closing deals with a diverse range of clients.
  • Utilise a consultative sales approach to uncover and address customer challenges.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and clients, tapping into existing networks and new leads.
  • Engage in outbound activities such as calls, emails, and presentations to secure new business.
  • Foster solid relationships with clients, ensuring targets are exceeded through exceptional service and solution delivery.
  • Deliver impactful face-to-face presentations to potential clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2-3+ years of new business development or sales experience.
  • Welcoming people from all types of industries and backgrounds.
  • Confidence and resilience in cold calling and prospecting.
  • A consultative selling approach with proven relationship-building skills.
  • Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders across various industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Experience presenting to SME clients is advantageous.
  • A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Respectful and professional demeanour.
