ABOUT THE COMPANY

This cutting-edge company within the design, architecture and build industry has created an engaging online platform to simplify build projects and to inspire and connect customers and suppliers. This ambitious company entered the Australian market in 2021 and is geared up for accelerated growth over the next two-three years.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You are responsible for hunting and acquiring new business to sign them up to the subscription-based platform. You will have a strong sales focus, eager to understand the platform capabilities and be confident to presenting the platform via the phone and online. You will have an excellent track-record with cold calling and tele-sales. Ecommerce experience is an advantage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Generate and close new business
  • Initiate new leads through cold prospecting and warm inbound leads
  • Understand the platform and confidently speak about it from start to finish of the sales lifecycle
  • Recognise opportunities with existing clients
  • Develop, adapt and plan sales strategies to optimise best outcomes
  • Brief, pitch and present confidently to new clients and close deals

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE

  • Sales experience is a must, and communication skills are key!
  • Experience prospecting and winning new business
  • Experience with CRM platforms and recording all relevant material (Experience with HubSpot advantageous)
  • Excellent Time management skills
  • Pipeline reporting and management of sales pipelines both individually and within a team
  • Presenting to clients and customers (both over the phone and via video call)
  • Sense of urgency and be outcome-driven
