An exciting role waits for a successful Channel Manager to join a multi award winning industry leader in the Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence/ AI field who were most recently valued at $1.65B and currently have over 1,000 worldwide employees spread across over 40 countries.

Their pioneering technology and leadership in AI is dedicated to the cyber defence challenge, giving over 2500 organisations, across all industries, the ability to defend against global rising cyber threats to email, cloud, networks, internet of things and industrial systems.

They are now looking to expand their Sydney Channel team where you would be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among my client’s business partners while also developing strategies to increase revenue for their companies. You do not need any previous expertise in the cyber security field, but you must be able to show successful channel sales track record and quota achievement.

What you’ll do/ what you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university
  • Have 2-6+ years’ experience managing partners and selling software and services solutions through software channels.
  • Must be able to show successful channel sales track record and quota achievement.
  • Must be highly motivated with the ability function independently within your territory as well as within a cross-functional account team.
  • Manage relationships with customers and vendors to build the brand and the business.
  • Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships.
  • Build the organizational network by through targeted outreach and strong project planning.
  • Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
  • Analyse and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics
  • Must have successful sales experience at managing resources and complex sales efforts, both at the customer level and corporate environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to assemble and present effective sales presentations at the C-Level is a requirement.
